Flitter Bit woke up crying and yelling, MAMA!! She could not be comforted by Daddy, which is unusual. She got in the bed with me and said she dreamed I was an old lady. I said, "Awww, was I scary?" To which she replied, "No. I just didn't want you to be an old lady." Awww. Sweet stuff.
On another day...
I told Flitter Bit I was sorry for getting upset with her. Flitter Bit said, "That's ok. I needed to be upseted at."
Today...
Flitter Bit was in and out all afternoon with her friends playing in the thin layer of snow. They played in the snow, then in the dirt, then in the snow. When she was finished, she looked down at her black snow pants and said, "I didn't know those were camouflage!"
I am working on a enormous post that will include photos and stories from my recent visit with my family who flew up to be with us in southern Alaska. Hope to see ya'll 'round here soon!
