Making Ornaments
Mix equal parts cinnamon and applesauce.
Roll them out like cookie dough.
And get out the cookie cutters.
Ours were a little wet, even after emptying out our entire cinnamon spice container, so I added a little flour. It didn't make for a real pretty color (see snowman below) but it made it more manageable.
Sweet Home Alabama
The Alabama cookie cutter was hanging from a present Big Mama sent, so I cut it off and put it to use.

What a sweetheart! And what fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the Alabama cookie cutter. Very cute.
Merry Christmas!
Oh my gosh, little Blondie is SO SO CUTE and SO SO PRETTY! She is growing up, huh? I miss her. I wanna hug her and kiss her little cheeks and listen to her talk about stuff.
ReplyDeleteThose are cute cookies. That must have taken a pound of cinnamon. When Jessie got sprayed by that skunk, I baked cinnamon in the oven at like 5 am to try to get the nasty smell out of the house. (The internet told me to do it, okay??) So I'm not sure it still reminds me of Christmas. I might have an involuntary hork heave next time I get a whiff. OR I may wanna curl up in a slanket and watch claymation reindeer I have no idea.
So precious. Love the photos and the ornaments especially the sweet home alabama one.
ReplyDeleteLove it!! She looks like a happy baker!! :)
