This is the Mason family.
I recently had the opportunity to photograph them out at their place.
They are such a naturally beautiful family. So easy to photograph.
Wyatt is always going on and on about his chickens. He was happy to give me a tour of the coop.
Little brother, Sam.
Why not pose for a family picture in the chicken coop?
Chuck and Jeff work together out at Fort Greely. I met Ellie at story time at the library shortly after arriving in Delta Junction. We got to talking and she quickly deduced that Charley and I were a part of Chuck's family. All she knew about me at that point was that my name was Hayley and I had a southern accent. THAT'S how small this town is.

Awesome Photos!!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful photos Hayley. I first said that the first and last were my favorite then I looked at them again. The individual ones of the boys are awesome too and then there's the one with the chicken and the egg. They are all so so good. Great job!!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos Hayley!
ReplyDeleteGood job, Hayley! I love the photos of them pulling their children on the sled. The kids are adorable. Looks like you all had a good time. I'm glad you could share some photos from the shoot.

These photos are awesome. Have you ever thought about being a professional photographer? (or taking it to the next level, like taking some classes?) You really are quite good at it. You're a natural.
ReplyDeleteHey there, sister. These pics are SWEET. I love that last black and white one of the whole family walking away from you hand in hand the most. The first one is great, too. I also love the individual photos of the boys.. They sure are beautiful kids. It's awesome that you were able replicate that focused-in-on-the-egg-in-the-child's-hand shot... It's like that one you did with Charley that I love so much.
ReplyDeleteYou should keep taking photos and advertise it in town!
Thanks ya'll. I was very happy with them too. Katie, I actually did shoot professionally for many years, but shot at schools (you know, sports, beauty pageants, graduations, spring photos, etc...) but I've never photographed families "professionally" (A.K.A. for money) so it still intimidates me...BUT it is my favorite thing. So thanks for the boost of confidence.
ReplyDeleteAll ya'll. Thanky, thanky.
Great job Hayley!!! You need to be paid for your services!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to...in the future.
