Oh yeah. I'm in my element now.
Love this photo. Look at those smiles.
Granna gave in and bought Piggy Tails this dog.
His head fell of the next day, but she still loves him. Though, to me, he's lost his appeal.
It's fun to hang out with my Mama again.
Even if I do look like Sloth from the Goonies in this picture.

I live for estate sales, although you really don't find many of them up north. $1.62! That's a great find indeed!
ReplyDeleteAwww at the little one with her dog. She looks so cute and happy. You guys must be thrilled to be home.
Welcome back to the South, Hayley. I'm sure that you are happy to be here. Hope to hear that Chuck is back soon too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a feel good entry today - how can you top a happy Granna, a smiling granddaughter and daughter, and great shopping buys!
ReplyDeleteThe part about the headless dog made me laugh - love your wit!
I see you all are bundled up just a little so it must be cool in AL. It is here, too, in PA but things are looking up. Thanks for sharing!

Love the return of the smiles!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite "sports" of the Southland...estate sales, yard sales and thrift stores. I've already hit up the stores locally this week, think I need to drag myself over to Gadsden to play sometime this week.

I went to a lot of estate sales when we lived in GA and NC. Love going through folks' stuff and finding treasures!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see such happy photos of you and your mama. :D
I want that E.T. cup. Ima gonna steal when I come home. Wish I could have been there scavenging with y'all. That's my "element", too.
