Into the park!
Our first stop was the deer lounging area. We were happy we were able to get so close.
The deer didn't seem bothered by our presence at all.

Here is their buffet. It was full of all sorts of scrap bread, grapes, lettuce, etc.
No chickens in here.
Well maybe one.

In Pioneer Village
Sweet Baby James wanted to know why these holes were in the rock.
I thought maybe it was due to an old post or something.
Then I told her she should ask her Daddy. So this is us asking, Daddy.
He was getting her gloves. Sweet.
Cute pig we wanted to eat.
JUST KIDDIN!
We wanted to smoosh his cute little fat pig cheeks.
Though sausage is sounding pretty good right now (said while licking my chops).

I love these photos! The photos of you and your daughter are so cute. :)
ReplyDeleteBut mostly I love the blooming trees. Makes me long for the blooming of our chokecherry trees! Spring is coming! YAY!!!
BLOOMING TREES! I love, love, love this. The photos are fantastic. I wish we had a park like this. The pictures of the roaring falls are so prety.
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful in the final photo.
Ahhhhhh, so sweet - love your writeup and pics, Hayley! Making memories that will last forever - awesome!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun day. Remember those pics we took when we all went together in the summer last time? Well, maybe not last time, but one of the last times? Charley and I rode that purple dragon thing (or maybe that's just what it was in my imagination) to go rescue some baby animals. It was fun stuff.
ReplyDeleteY'all look so cute in these pics. I love the one of the blossoms on that tree. What kind of tree do you think it is?
Thanks Susan. I know you are in need of spring up three. Most of our trees' blooms are already gone, so at least you still have that to look forward to!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katie. It won't be long for you now! Blooming TROPICAL trees!
Thanks Connie!
ReplyDeleteYes I remember Sunny and it was a purple dragon. Remember that other time we went a way long time ago? With Danny and Chaz? We took photos then too. The tree is a Bradford Pear Tree. They aren't my favorite because they are traditionally bulbous shaped, but this was a good one. Often they line driveways.
