We are fortunate to live on the Mobjack Bay where sliding in the canoe and kayak is simple.
Bo goes in the kayak with me and Chuck and Charley team up...as usual.
They're like one in the same. Two peas in a pod.
Bo is a good lil' baby in the kayak. She doesn't rock the boat...too much.
We usually race to the little piece of land that juts out into the bay a bit.
I always win. :) (My boat is better for racing.)
Charley's putting up her flag like she won. Nope. You didn't Charley. That was me. Every.time.
Chuck's a winner cause he manages to get some fishing in while doing family stuff.
Charley posing like a winner. Again. You aren't a winner Charley. That's me.
She's a goose. I love her.
I annoy her with the camera.
She's a spaz that WILL NOT act right long enough for me to take her picture.
It probably seems like I love Bo more because I have more pictures of her than Charley. Let me assure everyone that is not the case. My eldest just doesn't like her picture taken. She's been posing for me for 10 years and I guess she decided she's had enough.
Here I am making Bo show me the mud on her arm so I can take 3-5 photos of the exact same thing. I'm aggravating.
But Bo doesn't like stuff (food, mud, glue) on her body so now we have a record of her sweet little two year old ways. YOUR WELCOME FAMILY. Somebody has to write this stuff down.
There she goes again...probably writing something like how she owns the land 'cause she won the race (not true). I don't want to call her a liar but she's a liar.
Lil' Bo Bo and that grill of hers. I love it.
Making the shells talk.
She's imitating me in a deep gravely voice, "Hey Bo. Hey Bo. I'm gon bite you."
And then on her own she added a high pitched character. "Hey, Bo. I'm gon bite you."
I'm gon need some lipstick.
Here's Charley just before she sliced her foot open. Chuck and I mask our debilitating fears that she might wind up with some horrible bacteria while we silently shot prayers up to God to protect her.
See Charley's bleedy injury, just beyond Chuck's fish? Poor Charley.
A good afternoon jaunt nonetheless. She healed, no problem...thank you God.

That is so cool that you have your own Gilligan's Island. I love how you and Chuck both balance family, fun and work. It's hard but so worth it.
