I'm going to have to get the Jane Fonda exercise videos out or something.

Thanks for the advice Susan. I've actually already locked myself out twice, so an extra hidden key is on my list!Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00299897911707020053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4905618827730690557.post-87090769509224035572010-10-24T00:53:35.823-05:002010-10-24T00:53:35.823-05:00I think that sounds like a pretty dang good 'l...I think that sounds like a pretty dang good 'lil Saturday. Once summer arrives it's go, go, go and there's no time to sleep, relax or read a book. :) I also suggest you splurge and buy yourself some Ugg slippers. Trust me, you won't regret the price tag. ;0)Karlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12890606926289084832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4905618827730690557.post-12502163816759226142010-10-18T21:50:35.134-05:002010-10-18T21:50:35.134-05:00Very good information Susan. I'm sure Hayley will take that advice to heart. I love you already as I do Karla and Courtney. Thanks. Katie you are so right. I am actually envious of a good excuse to stay home.Estrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12629885909280803756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4905618827730690557.post-11838717320588392222010-10-18T19:42:13.368-05:002010-10-18T19:42:13.368-05:00No need to feel guilty! Lazy Sunday's are my favorite. :)katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15738251806241310569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4905618827730690557.post-65412734375790043422010-10-18T11:43:21.324-05:002010-10-18T11:43:21.324-05:00@Estra: They'll be fine, as long as they have ...@Estra: They'll be fine, as long as they have the adequate clothing when they're outdoors. And there's nothing wrong with hibernating either. When it's really cold, if you don't have to go out, you don't. Personally, the darkness gets to me more than the cold does.

@Hayley: If you don't have full=spectrum lamps or bulbs, pick up a few next time you come into town (if you can't get them there). It might be psychological, but it works for me. I keep my full spectrum desk lamp on whenever I'm on my computer, and I read by one at night. I also put full spectrum (or daylight) light bulbs in my lamps to cast a more natural, sun-like, light.

Also, boost your VIT D. Another big help when the sun only shines for 4 hours.

One more thing... hide a house key outside somewhere JUST IN CASE you ever lock yourself out of your house. I did that once, in my bathrobe and bare feet! Fortunately a side door was open, but it could have had a deadly outcome! Now we have a key hidden outside.

Susan in North PoleSusan Stevensonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13500332874463941099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4905618827730690557.post-10326782147344896832010-10-18T11:00:56.440-05:002010-10-18T11:00:56.440-05:00These warnings about the "real cold" com...These warnings about the "real cold" coming kind of scare me a little bit for you all.
