Mama Reworks It!: Turtleneck to Patriotic T-Shirt

This USA t-shirt started off as this....

I just took the scissors to it. 

You don't have to look too closely to see my scissor cuts around the collar...

I probably could have been neater about that. 

I cut the letters U, S, & A out of some scrap fabric freehand, and sewed them on.

Simple.

All of my projects seem to have this in common.
