this could be my favorite blog...ok, I'm a little biased, but it was a great summer and I love the pics of the girls together. They will really miss Charley and her mom. I will miss her momma too and our one time we almost snuck out together. Have fun in Virginia and we will see you on your visits home.
love, a once yankee nerd who is now a true southerner thanks to the neighbor girls' slang lessons. lol

Aww Nica I love your post. I'm so glad the girls have had this summer together. I was even excited the night she was going to "sneak out" when the girls went to sleep and go sit on your porch with you. What happened to mess that up? Miscommunication or getting old?? I'm also glad that you and Hayley AND Donna and Dale have become such good friends. This will be a summer to remember for me also. Great pic of you and Hayley. This time I won't be too sad when she leaves. I'm sure I won't be too far behind her checking out Chesapeake Bay.

Ahhhhh, summer. I love this set of pictures because it reminds me of childhood and hanging out with the other neighborhood kids.

What a contrast from the winter photos though! Both sets are beautiful, yet so different. Bet you don't miss those temps!
