Teacher Gift Idea

Kid Designed Pen and Journal

Take one pen and take the top off.
Obviously, not all pens work this way.
I got a 12 pack at Dollar General for $2.00.

Cut 2-3 paper strips to fit down inside the pen and have your kids design them.
It's better to use something like card stock, otherwise the paper shifts under the crayons
and the kids have a hard time getting their designs just right.

Charley got hers just the way she wanted it, after a few failed attempts with copy paper.

Add a journal and have your baby write something special inside.

It's a thoughtful and affordable teacher gift!
