Over the weekend we went out to a friend’s family owned land where Tiddlywink got to ride a horse! This was a very nice treat. We also met their new Weimaraner puppy. What a pretty dog. She is training to be a nice bird dog. It is amazing to watch what appears to be a standard little brainless puppy point at a bird.
P.S. After some unflattering photos from the weekend my jogging commitment is stronger. I will be jogging at least three times a week. I will also be doing at least 100 crunches each and every night. I am posting this here to strengthen my commitment. 2 Comments

Beeeeeyoootiful pictures! Both of ya'll look so pretty. Is that bird real? Is it injured, and would that before or after Tidbit held it?
ReplyDeleteAlso, are ya'll not allergic to horses? I am horribly. In fact I just had a bit of one injected into my upper butt area today that blew up into the shape of a shoe horn with a big bruise on it. (Allergy shot). It wasn't fun.
I miss ya'll.
That bird is real. It was the one they had just used to train that dog with. That might have scared it near to death. That is probably why it was so willing to let a 4 year old hold him. He wasn't injured before or after but I did have to keep telling her to stop holding his beak closed...not that he was trying to open it but it clearly did not want its beak clamped together. At least, she was clamping it gently...don't worry, I totally made her stop.
ReplyDeleteNo, we are not allergic to horses. That would make me real sad. I am terribly allergic to cats though. As far as I know, CCB isn't allergic to anything.
So was the horse shot part of a test or treatment? You been ridin' lately?
Shoe horn? Gosh, that sounds serious...and gross.
