House for Sale!

I hadn't wanted to post the details of the house we have for sale since giving away my address seemed like a bad idea, but now that I am staying with my mom and step-dad excuse me while I shamelessly advertise the heck out of it. This house is the thing that is keeping my unit from being together. Please tell your friends!

5665 Rita Street, Southside, AL (off Leota)
This brick and vinyl home is only 5 years old and has been
well maintained. This home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, large
family room with hardwood flooring, trey ceiling and gas log
fireplace. The foyer, hallway and dining room also have hardwood flooring. Great home in great location.

Relocating sellers + tax credits make this a MUST SEE HOME! Priced to Sell @ $149,700. Judy Hamil 546-1001 Bone Realty

What a beautiful house! I know this doesn't mean much, but if I were looking for a house right now, this is what I'd pick. Looks like a cute area to raise kids, LOVE the floors, and love the counter space in the kitchen! One thing I would suggest (if you haven't done so already) is to paint your daughter's room a neutral color. (if you have time)That way a buyer can invision anyone living in it. Love the hardwood floors too! Good luck!

Her mom's advice also Katie (that's me). Thanks since daughters never take their mom's advice.

Sorry, sister... but i do agree on painting that room. It's one of the best rooms in the house. It could even be used as a master bedroom (you sort of have TWO master bedrooms to offer!), and people should see it as a blank canvas so they can envision something suited to their own specific needs. Some folks can't see a certain potential if something else is taking up that space in their imagination. I do like you showing other rooms with your decor as you have them, though, because you have great style, and I think it shows buyers the potential the house has to be really cute.

Wish I could freeze time and move this house to Marietta, GA-- two years from now when we are ready to buy a house:)
