Mama Remakes It!: Fairy Rugs

So, I'm in this paint store.

The ONLY reason I am in there is to use a coupon for a free pint of paint. While I am there looking around, I decide to be go

all out and be a complete greedy gut.

I ask, "Hey, I was just wondering, do you happen to have any carpet samples, maybe that have been discontinued that you need to get rid of?"

They man happily goes in the back to look and comes out with this.

As it turns out, this sample had been sitting by the back door for

2 years just waiting for someone to pick it up and throw it away.

Now, that I have ripped the samples off of the board,

they are fairy rugs just waiting for a nice living room floor,

in a fairy home....

that I will build....

one day soon.

And bonus! The hard, black board they were glued to makes an excellent barrier between the carpet and Pablo's markers.

It's even got a handle for easy transport!

Reduce, reuse, recycle.

Isn't that what they say?

Can't wait to see the Fairy Home you build
