I'm Hayley. I'm the Mama in my family of four...still feels weird saying that, as my husband Chuck and I, only recently welcomed little Bo Magnolia into our lives. She's our sweet newborn. We've had, and continue to have, a lot of good times with our 7 year old daughter, Charley Camille. She's quite the character. Together, we've traveled from Alabama to Alaska and back, then onto Virginia where we currently reside. Oh and according to Charley, our family member list is not complete without mentioning our dog. His name is My Friend. Yeah, you should know that up front, or else it could get real confusing up in here.

I spend most days taking care of and playing with my sweet kids, shooting bazillions of photos, writing, and hunting for treasures in various different locations including, but not limited to; thrift stores, yard sales, estate sales, and on the roadside (a.k.a in other’s people’s garbage).

What started as a way to keep family informed about our adventures in Alaska, has turned into a great hobby of mine. Blogging makes me happy. If you get a fun family activity idea, learn a new way to be thrifty, have a laugh, or just enjoy looking at the pictures, that makes me even happier!
